I have a 2012 forest river forester no 12 volt to switch at convenience center is there a fuse for that I do not see it in my fuse box

Hmmm, what? Try that again. Are you asking about the switch for turning on the gas part of the water heater on the control panel?? It has no voltage?

I have a 2102. The Water heater on AC switch is behind the water heater outside panel lower left corner. The Gas switch control is on the inside convenience panel. The 12 volt supply is powered thru a fuse in your main distribution panel (circuit 2 on my 3120). This panel also houses the AC feed breaker.
