One thing to note about the whole-house shut off... it'll shut off the power to the refer control board, thus shutting the fridge down. You are probably saying "Yea, it's supposed to do that!", and you are correct - but I was in such a habit of shutting it off when I finished a day's project that I shut it off by habit when we were setting up a few days prior to a trip. Next day, my wife is wondering why the food is a bit warmer than it should have been (4°/35°). I started down the road of trying to figure out why our brand new fridge had died... When I figured out it was an ID-10-T error.
Since then, I quit shutting it off. And that dang clock in the radio stays on too! (Though I have to dig out the manual every time to reset it - that's not user-friendly). Otherwise, the Jensen is a pretty good unit. Much better than that thing they call a GPS in the Radio/BlueTooth/etc in the dash.
