Inverter Question

We have 2015 3015s with the 1000 watt inverter. What does it run besides the TVs? There are zero 110 volt plugs that are run from the inverted that I can find.

Everything I have had was a 2000 watt inverter I wouldn't think that it would run very much plugs was wired because something like a coffee pot might over load it

We haven't installed investors for years now...TV's and DVD are 12V. So not sure who installed it.

That is a Convertor, not an Inverter.

A converter converts 110V power (Campsite power) to 12V to power 12V appliances (lights, TV, radio, etc).
An Inverter inverts 12V power (batteries) to 110v to operate things like microwave, 110V outlets, potentially A/C (although that's quite a load)

To have 110V outlets work, you would need to be plugged into shore power (campsite), or run the generator, or buy an inverter that would connect to the batteries.

Yep that's a converter "NOT" an inverter.
It will never power outlets.
Only 12v items.

Ok...So that just keeps my batteries charged and runs my 12 volt stuff. Does it charge the Coach, truck or both?

Batteries charge from the convertor either plugged in or with Gen running. Chassis alternator would charge the batteries while driving.
