We have a 2018 3011DS, with a Jensen surrond sound radio and DVD player.
There is a Jensen app for the unit, however it has only worked one time. Now it won’t connect with the app.
We have deleted the app and re installed, and it still won’t connect.
Does anyone know of any suggestions?
I have a 2016 3011, (unit above the door) You need to delete the device in both the radio and phone by setting and repair. Check the manual how to delete the device from the radio
