Jensen VM9726BT RADIO RECEPTION

I recently bought a used 2014 Forester 2251SLE. The radio has almost zero reception on AM and FM. It looks like I need to get to the back of the radio. Has anyone had experience with removing the dash on a 2014 or similar Chevy Express 4500, or somewhere I could get the service manual. I've been looking for a source and so far haven't found it. I can find the Express 2500 and 3500.

Disregard post about Jensen reception. After much work, I got the dash apart. The antenna wasn't making good contact at the radio plug.


Behind the radio there is a small black box with a couple wiring plugs on it labeled:
Bosch GM BT12524433260233
F00HJ00590
Google turned up nothing, any idea what it is? Maybe Bluetooth receiver?

Does anyone know how to update Jensen VM9726BT maps for free? We have a Sunseeker that is almost 2 years old.

As far as I know there aren't any free updates from Jensen except for a short time when you first buy the unit. I haven't tried to find any free updates for a while though. I find the Garmin I have is a much better gps, and has free updates. I find it much more user friendly also.
I have not been very impressed with the Jensen in my 2251sle. Radio reception is weak also. The only thing I do like being able to do with it, is play my television through the Jensen sound system. Good luck.
