The air bags will buy you about 2 inches fully inflated which might help a bit. an extra leaf spring might buy you another half inch but the loss in ride quality isn't worth it IMO. Me personally I run 85 psi in my bags and when it's time to upgrade I am going to look into going one more size up on my tires to buy some ground clearance without messing with the driveline. Automated pumps are another thing to futz with or leak IMO. You can add leveling blocks to add up to 4 inches but as others have said, doing that and not adding height in the front will make for some interesting problems. If you do lift the front to match then you will need to deal with driveline angle issues and premature wear on items like CV joints etc. Not to mention your higher center of gravity and loss of overhead clearance.
