Living Room TV in a 2015 Forester

Does anyone know if the TV in the living room in Foresters is on a swing arm similar to the outside TV? I feels like it could be, but I don't want to pull too hard in case it isn't and I end up pulling the TV off its mounting brackets. I am trying to get easier access to the cable jacks. Thanks.

It's on a swing arm if it is over the cab. If it is a 3010/11 and above the counter it is stationary.
