Magnadyne M4-LCD Volume issues

I have new 2014 Forester with the Magnadyne M4-LCD the volume works great on everything except the Nav. When it should be telling me about an upcoming turn I can't hear anything. I have tried to turn up the volume but to hear the nav the other things like the radio are way to high. Does each item radio, ipod nav etc have there own volume levels ?

Has anyone else had any issues with the volume levels.

Also the screen is touch (well should be) it depends on how the unit feels and if it will respond to the touch.

Any help would be great. The unit is about 6 months old so if I need to replace it I want to do it before the warranty runs out.

On the navigation menu, touch "Settings" then "Sound". There are adjustments for the level of navigation sound relative to other sounds. In your case, it is set too low. Increase it then set radio (or whatever) volume to what you like. When a navigation command is given, it should be at the same volume as the radio. Otherwise, continue adjusting navigation sound until it is what you like.

Thanks for the update. I have both volume settings set to max. I think the first was master volume but whatever it was called they are both set to max. But the volume is very low you can tell someone is talking but can't make out what they are saying.

Then you should set the radio/music one lower so that the NAV is higher.

Mine is set like this and it works great. The more I use the Magnadyne the better I like it. You might want to check the Dynamic
Volume setting as well.
One more thing is the master speaker switch. Make sure you have the audio coming through the cab speakers.
