BigFoot has been of great help. Before I ordered my original Forester, I called them and asked about the difference between the two. I wonder how much work is involved upgrading and at what cost?

I could be wrong but the speakers I'm talking about are now included on all new 2016 coaches even without the outside TV. There is still the option of the outdoor TV/entertainment center with it's own set of speakers but the latest 2016's have outdoor speakers just under the awning that my 2015 doesn't have. I have the outdoor TV/entertainment center but not the speakers under the awning. That's just the way the RV business works.

Your levelers sound like they are nearly automatic with some minor tweaking as needed. I would guess you could contact Bigfoot and ask if your system can be upgraded with the automatic control unit and whatever else extra that the automatic system has. I hear they have excellent customer service.
I just put a deposit down on a 2016 3011DS and the Forrester Spec sheet that I filled out had a line item that said "Automatic Leveling Jack" at a retail cost of $2933. I would assume that "Automatic" means just that. However, if there was a design change for 2016 and the paperwork does not reflect that, that would be something that I would definitely follow up on as I also would prefer to have a truly "automatic" mode for this option.

NewRVer- That's the one I ordered on my 2701DS and the one that is installed in the one we bought from dealer stock instead. Mine is the Platinum and not fully automatic. The fully automatic has larger feet and pumps at each leveler instead of the smaller feet and a central pump.

Thanks! I got several months before I pick up my newly ordered unit and it would be nice to know these kind of details sooner than later.
