No manual for 15 BTU AC with heat pump
We have a 2017 3051 Forester. We did not get a manual for our 15 BTU AC with heat pump. Can anyone tell me what model / brand this would be so that I can get a manual online? We are having problems blowing breakers and we are now having to run it off of the generator. Thanks!

All of our manuals are readily available online! I've attached the link to our manual website!

We do not know what make and model of 15BTU AC / Heat pump came in our 3051 so the online manual option does not help me. I need to know the brand and model

13STL, we have a 2017 SS 3010 with the 15k BTU w heat pump as well. I do not know your model number, but can offer some of our experience with tripping breakers. Whoch breaker is tripping? A/C, Coach, or pedestal you are plugged in to? If its the pedestal, some of these are worn and trip below 30A. One remedy is a 50amp to 30amp adapter and use the 50amp side which is used less frequently. If it is the coach, the AC alone will use half of your available 30 amps, so AC plus microwave plus hair dryer and pop goes the breaker. If it is the standalone breaker for the AC that trips, then your best bet is to take it back to your dealer for a thorough check. Hope this helps.

If you remove the filter cover / filter you can find the label which tells you the make & model.

The pedestal is tripping. It tripped at night when nothing else was running. Had a terrible night sleeping. Between our problems with the ac and the hot water heater having to be run on electricity because of it blowing black soot everywhere..getting a little frustrated. The pedestal only has 30, so we are going to see if we can move to another area. Thanks for trying to help.

Anymore when I need the AC running I will make sure to run both the fridge and hot water heater on propane as the Dometic AC unit seems to draw quite a bit of current. If my AC was on and the compressor running at the same time the hot water heater would come on (when using electric), there is a good chance a breaker would trip either in the coach or on the pedestal.
In your current situation I would only turn on the hot water heater when needed and only when the AC is off or not in a high draw mode.

Recently had a warranty issue with my 15k (same unit). The tag did not list a model number which I found strange. But the unit had these numbers:
Product# 936000712
Mfg# B59196.711JO
Dometic knew what they meant, cause they processed the claim.
As someone said, the AC and electric HW tank on at same time will most likely trip the breaker.
