No power

I left my new Forrester parked without electricity for a couple of days. Then I ran the generator for 8 hours, no electrical power (lights, etc.). then I plugged it in for 5 hours, no power. What do I have to do now, get a jump? get a new battery? Help. I am new to having a Motorhome. I will be storing it for a few weeks at a time. Do I need to bring it home every week and plug it in?

Check your breakers . a couple days should not have killed the Battery and if you plug in you should have 120volts.

Did you turn on battery disconnect?

Need a little more data. Does the light on the microwave work? Does the TV work? If the battery was low when you powered the rig, it could have blown the reverse polarity fuses trying to charge a very depleted battery. Check the two High current 30-40A fuses in the distribution panle or back of the converter.

You should have 12 volt power for lights, vent fan, furnace etc. unless battery is dead or disconnected.
You should have 120 volts for air conditioner, microwave, converter which keeps batteries charged when plugged in or running generator which has it's own breaker.
As mentioned, check breakers, battery disconnect switch and battery (water level in each cell, cable connections).
