My interior TVs work fine but I can't get the outside set to work. It turns on and periodically recognizes the remote (mostly only turning it on and off) but it doesn't get a signal from the cable or the antenna. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!

Check the input setting on the outdoor TV and compare it to the input settings on the inside TV's.
