Odd problem (possible leak) any ideas?

Have a 2016 Forester 3011DSF, Have used the black tank flush approx 4 times. Twice with no problem and twice I had water coming out from next to the wheel well. Wasn't really in a position to crawl under it and look, just glancing at it wasn't much good with all the insulating foam sprayed around.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue or any ideas what it might be??

Going to the dealer tomorrow (a couple of minor warranty issues) but just thought I'd ask.

Are you sure it's the bw tank flush doing that? We had a bad check valve on our fresh water pump and when connected to "city" water for a few days the fresh water tank would fill up and water came out from the wheel well just below the sani-flush connector.

Yes, I had that happen on a 2015 3010 when it was brand new. The fitting was cracked just inside the wall. Luckily it wasn't hard to replace. If I recall, a couple screws to remove the outer trim allowed access. I don't remember exactly what kind of fitting it was but I got a replacement at Home Depot. It would have been covered under warranty but it was easier just to fix it. After replacing the fitting, put it back on with some fresh caulk and it's been good for 2 years now.
