Officially Forester Owners Now

We picked it up today! PDI went fairly well a few days ago. Now the winter lull sets in since we won't be camping until April. Click image for larger version

Oh come now. Don't tell me you can't stay in camp driveway a few times to sort out the issues :-) Congrats on your new 2nd home!

Go to lowes or wally world and pick up an oil heater. We winter camp a lot and use the furnace very little. An extension cord in from the cab door will run it for now. If this is your first then you would really enjoy 30 amp service in the driveway.

Congrats. I was suppose to pick mine up in 2 weeks but we got over 33 inches of snow and no way have room until we dig out a bit.

This is our first motorhome, but we've been camping for years. Coming from a huge 5er this is a big change but it's going to make thing a whole lot easier and more fun traveling.

Congratulations! We did the same, turning fiver into a seasonal and acquired a Class C and love it.

Not sure if this applies to your coach regarding Bigfoot leveling:

Thanks I did see that but I do have the auto level. It was a must have option and I played around with it at the dealer.

we're camping through the winter, winterized and all. i have a double doodie in the bathroom and we bring our own water, not putting it down the drains. Pre cook a lot at home so no clean up and we have an electric heater we use instead of the furnace.

First trip of the season was New Years weekend and it snowed as we came home.

I plan to camp at least once a month until April and then hit it hard after that.

Pacific Northwest, FYI.

We think along the same trail ~~ when it came time to winterize in SE NC we came here to FL. That is the best winterization ever.
