One Control router

No power to One Control router?
My One Control touchpad work in bedroom and dining area
But cannot link WiFi to my phone checked router no light flashing
To indicate power to router will not link to app.
Is there fuses for this circuit if so where
I know it is a 12volt Control to router where is supply
Coming from? My motorhome is a 2020 forester model 2501tsf. My app is loaded
On my iPhone 6s.

12 VDC power for the router will come from one of two places. Either the main distribution panel or the Battery Control Center. There is also a jumper between the two boxes (the router and the CAN interface) that make up the WIFI for the One Control, check that as well.
Make note of the color strip on the power wire feed the WIFI module that may help in your troubleshooting.
