OneControl touchpad issue

Ive been searching for these symptoms for a while and came up with nothing like this, I have a 2018 3011dS, and the main touchscreen will not respond when touching the pad, the Bedroom touchscreen is OK, and my phone / Ipad work fine.. The other items on the screen also work, but the main top item for the systems doesn't respond when touching. Now if I go into my phone and operate it, and then go back to the touchscreen it will be on that screen, Like Awning or slides etc. but if I go up a level from there I loose the access again. I talked to my Dealer and they ran me through some troubleshooting, battery disconnect, and reset the pad, and even disconnect the cable. I think it's a pad going bad, They want me to bring it in, but I think I should be able to replace the touch screen and test it. Anyone else experience this ?? What was the resolution.

Call Lippert direct. 574-537-8900. Many times they will handle the problem direct, especially if it’s still under warranty.

agree with emm-dee, Lippert replaced our and the new one works fine.
