Sorry for the delay but we're still on the road.No real problems, as with any new RV purchase take your time and check everything you can...water heater, water pump, gas heat, AC, slides, TVs, etc. We were kinda disappointed the RV was dirty on the outside with water spots, dirt, dust and writing on the windows. They did spray it off after the warranty person "Laurie?" asked them too. For the money we saved I wasn't to concerned about it not being shinny.

It's a 2017 and printed as Cobalt blue, but does looks more Navy blue to us. When the sun is on it its blue, but the blue looks black when parked in the shade.

Congrats. Glad all is going well with the new MH. Stay safe tonight. We are expecting some bad storms tonight. Some areas north of us have a tornado watch out now.

Yeah - watch yourself tomorrow as well - VERY windy again here today in Ohio and it will probably make it your way tomorrow. My Jeep Liberty didn't like it so I know the FR will not but watch yourselves.

Well, we are back home now after seven nights on the road and 1400 miles. Having never really driven a RV before, and being a Florida flat lander, I got to experience mountain driving, high wind driving, heavy rain driving all in one trip....lol. I went with the recommended tire pressure and 70 psi in the Air Rite system and it handled very well. I picked up the RV with 200 miles on it so unless something changes "loosens up" I really have no plans to change anything. Water pump got louder during the trip (maybe vibrated loose) and the water heater never seemed to get hot, very warm, but not hot. We had a great time and wish we could have spent more time out on the road. Anyway, it's home, washed and in its parking spot.

The hot water heater on our 3011ds is too hot. I looked for an adjustment but there is none. Super hot with electric and gas.

Glad you made it back safe and sound. Awesome RV storage! Bleese, out hot water on electric is very hot also. Haven't tried using on propane heat yet. Does anyone know if there is some sort of adjustment?

You may want to check the positions of the valves on your hot water heater. If not correct it can give you warm water instead of hot.

I asked when I bought my TT if the water heater was adjustable and was told they are set at the factory and there is no place for adjustments but then maybe class ones are different. Also check your o/s shower controls and make sure they are turned off. If they were left on and the shower head button was used to turn off the shower then you can get cross mixing of the hot and cold water which would give you warm instead of hot water. Just a thought...

Was not aware that was an option! I will check that, and thank you!
