If it's a 3 valve system normally this means the center valve is open.

Warm water can also come when a shower wand shutoff valve is closed and the two water valves are open. Cold water can enter the hot water pipes by crossing over at the mixer valve. Don't forget to check the outside shower wand.

I posed that very question last year on this thread. Got some interesting replies. Have I done anything with it yet? No. Maybe once we spend LOTS of time with the Sunseeker, I might. Right now, I told DW to not turn the hot on so much and put a little cold in with it. My real fix is going to be a new single handled faucet. Easier mixing.

Good to know about the adj. thermo install. Might look into that a little deeper.

Thanks Sgt! It's been in place for about 13 years and worked great for our 19' hybrid TT, and then our 26' TT. The Forester fills it up pretty well though. It's 36' under roof, so I only have about two feet front and back to play with.
