Propane furnace won't lite off

Nothing but cold air coming out, fuses good, hear the click at the igniter but won't start up. Exhaust tubes seem clear, but can only see a portion of it. Any help before I bring it to the mechanic, I'm leaving on a trip to new Hampshire in a week, no heat cancels my plans.
Thanks in advance

Do any of the other propane appliances work?
Stove, water heater, etc.

I have it winterized now so can't check water heater but it was working fine. Never tried the heat recently purchased from friend he said was working fine the week before I bought it. Last time he lit it off. I'm long time camper, so this has me baffled

I had the same problem and the furnace started magically working on it's own at a later date.

Had that trouble with older Suburban furnace. Turned out to be bugs on the igniter. So before we left each trip I would take the air hose and blow in the exhaust port and never had that problem again.

Did you power cycle the furnace by turning the tstat to off? If the furnace has never been fired it takes a while to bleed the air through the pilot burner as it is a really small hole.

propane furnace won't lite

I had a similar problem with our brand new Roo 21SS. It was working just fine and then stopped working and would not lite. I hear the fan start up and the furnace clicking try to lite and then shut down. Looked at the fuses, propane tanks and all were good. Took it to the dealer the next morning and they looked at it right away and determined that the furnace "high limit switch" had failed. They had a new part and put it in and have not had a problem again!

I had small black spiders build a web/egg case that stopped the LP @ the burner had to clean it. Boy they drove me crazy all the other appliances worked and the furnace ran thru its cycle but would not light.
