Propane is off

Last winter I had my Forester 3051 winterized and they turned off my gas apparently. Took it for a trip Sunday and had no gas to anything. I had them show the MH on consignment and believe they turned it off for that. Any suggestions on how I can turn my gas back on? I have called CW but had to leave a message. Suggestions?

I suppose I need to ask if there is something wrong with the valve?

My MH is only a year old. Thanks to kfer for the suggestion. I will try that in the morning. Saw that knob but wasn’t sure.

General/Basic operation such as this should have been covered during the PDI/walkthrough when you bought the RV. If you bought from a private party then it would've been nice of them to walk you through how to do everything.

If you have the manuals that came with the RV then I would review the RV's owner's manual as it should also outline the basics.

Not picking on you specifically, but it's important that us RV owners learn this kind of stuff not only to avoid the issue you had but also for safety purposes. If you had a propane leak or other issue then everyone should know exactly where and how to turn off the propane.

Propane

Finally heard from CW and their advice was the same as the responders here and I have gas to my MH again. I also appreciate the advice about learning my rig...point taken...lesson learned.
