This is ridiculous. I've typed this 3 times now and can't get a post. Keeps wanting password.
For the last time!
Packing for Quartzsite and heading out Monday or Tuesday. Not sure where to setup camp. Have Ham radio buddies down at Roadrunner, some that I chat with on other forums at Scaddon Wash and Plomosa Road BLM. May move around every night to see all or just go to La Posa west like last year.
See Ya!

Sage - I operate a network of forums like this one (I'm friends with Andy R that owns this about about 30 other forums, too) and when folks have issues of not being able to stay logged in while moving around the site it is usually due to corrupted browser cookies.

If that's your problem simply open ONE browser window, log in here then immediately click the "Log Out" button on the menubar. This will delete all of your browser cookies for this forum. Then close your browser. Finally, reopen your browser, come here, login and check the "remember me" option and you should be good to go.

This seems to happen more with Internet Explorer - but can happen any time. The cookie gets only partially over written and contains log in info from two different time frames. This confuses the forum software and that's why it keeps asking for your password.

There is an alternative reason as well - if you start a post and then go do something else for 20 mins or so when you come back to finish and submit the post you can get timed out and need to login again. I doubt that's your issue from what you are posting. But I thought I should mention it.

Thanks, that seemed to help at least for now.

I don't think we are going to Quartzsite

Came down with a bad cold yesterday. Running a fever now, how disappointing!

Hope to be heading to Quartzsite tomorrow

Pretty much over the cold now, fever gone yesterday morning. Since we were all geared up and ready to go when I came down with the cold, we may try to get any early start tomorrow morning and catch the last 2 days of the RV event.
Anybody still there?

Never saw any entry door windows . Looked at vendors with clearance lights and didn't see Creativepart's lens. Nope! Lots of vendors selling LEDS.
