Ready to order a 3121DS - have a couple of questions

We have not been able to see a 3121DS in real life. The dealer close to us only has one Forester 2301 in stock. Does anyone know if the smaller couch/love seat can convert to a bed? If yes, how big is the bed ie Double or single? We have two kids, a boy and girl and they want to sleep in seperate spaces. Is this love seat always leather?

As well the kitchen seems a little small, what do you think? Is it tight to work in, we had a fifth wheel and the 3121ds seems smaller.

Is the electric step necessary, our fifth-wheel seemed to have problems with everything electric.

What about colours, we have not been able to see saddle or expresso in person. The saddle colours look kinds of red in pictures? Is this true? The expresso couch is black or grey, which is it?

Sometimes it is a pain living in a small community. Thanks for the help.

Can answer only a couple of questions, yes the galley is a little tight, but is usable. The electric step has always worked fine - 3 years now. I wouldn't be without it.
