Rear slide Icon missing from OneControl LCI Panel

I've been using my 2017 MBS 2401r regularly for over a year with no problem. Today I went to bring in the slides and the rear slide icon is gone. The main slide Icon is still there and I could bring it in but there is nothing for the rear one.
I've read every post that mentions slides or the panel but none of them have helped.

I've tried resetting the control panel, shutting the power off for a while, and I've checked all the fuses and they are all good.
Any other suggestions or fixes?

And where is the manual override for the rear slide? I'm handy but I can't find it anywhere and I need to be able to get it in so I can drive it.

Is it missing on the inside control panels and the separate phone/iPad app? Sometimes the app will work when the others don’t.

I did. It doesn't show up on there as well.
