Rear window seal

According to same RV service station, the pimpling on the RV rear wall was caused by some moisture that was trapped in the panel. The remedy, according to them, is to remove the panel and put a whole new seal in around the window. Is this your recommendation? Is any of this covered under warranty?

If it's under a year old, everything is covered under warranty
