There are some interlocks for the Big Foot to prevent operation. One is the engine running. I think the other is transmission in Park, not Neutral (or any other gear).
Also, there is a fused 30 amp power supply that does not come from the controller. The controller just supplies the control signals to each of the hydraulic pumps.
I would would first check the interlocks. It's easy to overlook using the Big Foot with the engine running. I've done it a couple times myself.

Call Bigfoot company they may be able to tell you what to do to reset the jacks

Big Foot

The engine was not running. We were plugged into shore power at the house.

This happened to me and I called the rv dealer, they told me to unscrew the face plate , unplug the wire for a minute replug and it should a work again. It works again

It is possible your Bigfoot just needs to be reset. A common problem when battery falls below a certain level. Even after charging battery the Bigfoot system will not reset automatically. You must reset it manually by unplugging control board for 30 seconds. Watch this video https://youtu.be/DCn3gW9PhMM
