Shortly after I purchased my 3121DS while carrying the original LP gas that I got with my brand new coach, I went up above 7,500 feet in elevation and suddenly I could smell LP gas. I checked it out and came to the conclusion that it had to have been a combination of the altitude and the heat which was about 90 degrees. The check valve released the high pressure from my LP tank. I never had that problem again and that was over 2 years ago.

Unfortunately plumbing leaks are far too common in new RVs. I'm 3 for 3 with leaks in new trailers. Even tho the dealer had water in the system the leak didn't show itself until we were on our own. 2 of the 3 were loose hose clamps at or near the pump. The other was buried behind the water heater. That one didn't show until my wife stepped on wet carpet with bare feet.

GPS mandated updates seem to affect the older radios that have the micro SD card in the back unlike the new radios that have the front loading micro SD option.

Still waiting on solution from software engineers over in Europe on this problem. Have communicated back and forth on several occasions. Thinking about replacing my radio with a new Kenwood/Jensen or Pioneer. Have had great experiences with Kenwood!

I purchased a leak detector at Harbor Freight and mounted it below the water filter and next to the water heater. It is so sensitive that the moisture on your finger will set off the alarm. I will probably add more under the sinks.

Search results for: 'water leak detector'

Magnadyne called me on Friday. They had me check the software codes in my radio only to tell me they are current. Next step, send me a new micro sd card from a known good radio. There's nothing wrong with my card. I ran a check disk and no errors were reported but at this point I will try anything to get the darn thing working right. FYI, below is the data stored in your radio if ever asked:
