RV Park near RV Wholesalers?

We're planning to order a new 3051S Forester later this month and hope to pick it up at RVW in Ohio by early May. I have heard that there is a good RV park nearby that we could stay in for at least one night to check out the MH for any problems. Being close to RVW would be an advantage so we could go back to get any problems fixed. Being from Oregon, we won't want to get back to Wyoming or somewhere and find that something doesn't work. Has anyone stayed at local park?
Thanks

You might just ask RVW for their recommendation. They seem to be very helpful on this Forum.

Good luck with your new RV.

We stayed at Indian lake state park but they only have a few full hookup sites. But it worked out great for us when we got our RV at RVW. http://indianlake.com/park.htm

Indian Lake is what most recommend when picking up your RV from RVW.

Closest year round campground to rv wholesaler. I have never been there but live near by looks clean but not a luxury rv park. It is around 30 minutes from rv wholesalers but 10 minutes from 75 if you are goi g back that way.

There is Welcome Woods on SR366 outside of Russels Point. @ $35 per night, but no reviews. Indian Lake State Park is close and nice if you can reserve a spot....shouldn't be too difficult to get on in May. Hopefully, you can get ahold of Dave Durnell at RVWholesaler and get some advice from them. They should be more familiar with current campgrounds

I got a better deal and free camping at WANA RV in Indiana. Ask for a price quote there.

X3 Picked mine up Dec 2014. Returning from an extended trip to Alaska, I stayed there before having some warranty problems taken care of. Very nice, clean and very convenient.

We stayed at the KOA in Wapakoneta. It's about a 20 minute drive from RVW

Hi,

Picked up ours in October, and we stayed 2 nights at Indian Lake. It is only a couple miles from RVW and service even came to our campsite because they couldn't get me on my dead cell phone.

It was very convenient, clean, and we met some nice people. What more do you need?

I also stayed here, close to the Walmart since I did not bring much with me in the car and we picked up a motor home.
