Schwintec slide

I observed a lot of squealing lately when operating the slide out.

I noticed today that one of the screws on the slide mechanism was broken off. Those little ones that hold the track to the slide out. When I went underneath I saw two rollers at the rear of the slide but none at the front.

Is the squealing and broken screw a result of a missing roller and improper weight distribution? I never really noticed whether there was a roller before or not.

Mine is 2 years old and squeaks a lot. I have lubed seals, rollers., motors per I tube instructions, topper rollers and still squeaks. Underneath I can only see one roller support and I have looked. Never had a issue. If you figure it out, let us know. I think they all squeak.
What say you folks. Squeak or not.

I have never lubed the slide. Is there a special lube for the track and roller or do you use a dry graphite type spray?

I lubed the tracks one time with a dry lube. Found out that the tracks are not lobbed. Check the lippert web sight for a video on how to lube the motors and rod. I have followed the video using the CRC lube that was recommended,. Still squeaks.
