Side View Cameras ?

Can anyone tell me how the factory installed mh side view cameras work. Like, where and how do they display, how amd when are they activated, are they really effective and worth it?

You can manually activate them or they automatically come on when the turn signal is activated. You can see everything down the side of the RV. As far as worth.... I could certainly live without, but I like my toys

Turn on the turn signal and then back up monitor in the rear view mirror switches over to to that camera view. Then back when done.
