This thread got me to thinking. A lot of RV's have skylights because the dome of the skylight gives a little extra head room in a stand up shower stall. Well the reason its necessary is because the shower pan is like 5 or 6 inches raised to allow for plumbing especially for the P trap so it does not project down through the floor of the RV. If they install water less traps on the sinks, why not on the shower drain. The water less traps can be mounted either vertical or horizontal which would make for a lower shower pan which would give more head room and make it so the skylight is not needed.

My 2018 has a waterless trap under the shower but still needs the dome for taller folks because it is a GTS (narrower and lower than a C).

Yup!
My shower floor is at floor level in my 5'ver...
My previous TT had the same shower, but was raised with the plumbing under it.

I don't know...
I'd rather use my shower than to catch someone else's althlete's foot.
A friend of mine thinks he is doing himself a favor and saving the world by not going #2 in the toilet in his humongous 45-foot 5'ver and puts that stuff in plastic bags!
#1 is OK...#2 is taboo!
I figure that I bought my RV to use so that I don't have to use the park's facilities...other than the pool and hot tub, of course!

It is pretty easy to shower in thongs or clogs,,,
We believe @ home,,, If it is brown,,, send it down !!!
If it is yellow,,, let it mellow !!!
In the MH every things go down,,, with plenty of water !!!

That's why I wear flip flops in the shower. I use the bathhouse whenever possible, limitless hot water, more space etc.

Same here!
I have a small folding table in the shower with an icemaker, extra paper towels, toilet paper etc. on it.
And underneath I keep bottled water, sodas etc. and other items that could get wet. And since I usually have no water/sewer hookups in my favorite state park, I also keep a "water recycling" bucket there, using dish water etc. to flush the toilet.
