skylights in 3050s

Cleaned the outside of the two skylights in coach, but inside is foggy. this has a piece of plastic between the inside and outside of glass. does anyone know how to remove inside piece so we can clean the next glass. seems to be six screws arond trim , not sure if that is the item i need to remove.

Remove the screws and the inside piece should fall right out. I would be concerned as to why the skylights are fogging-up.
