Slide issue

Hi
We recently returned from a two week trip and while we had no problems while gone when I went to put the slide out at home it would only go an inch or so.We tried a couple of times and finally took it to our local RV place. They said there appeared to be a bit of debris that was stopping the slide from working properly. This is our third season with it( purchased brand new)They were not specific as to what it was and we are wondering if others have had this issue. We thought perhaps a small piece of something left from construction maybe??
They lubricated everything and all is good.We were relieved to only pay for one hour of labour!
Thanks for any feedback!

This happened to us. It was the safety mechanism on the slide topper.

Same here, anti-billowing device bent and stopped the slide. Tried to get it to work and then the computer lost its memory on how much it needed to run the motors to get the slide in. Dealer re-programed and all is ok.
