We have a Rockwood 2608ws had trouble with several screws backing out after several times the slide was extended I used locktite then tightened down the screws and hadn't any problems with them loosening up so far. Don't if this helps but it solved our problem with loose screws on the slide. Good luck solving your problem.

Dang. Haven't seen any loose screw issues on my 2015 3051s. Guess I better take a harder look.
