slide wipe on rear of slide
The wiper gasket on the rear of my slide does not touch the slide when extended. It leaves a gap of about 1/4 inch. What kind of problem can this cause. I am about to head out for about two months and can not send the motor home for two or three weeks at the dealer while they fix it. Our dealer has been really slow in making repairs. Can a wider wiper be installed and can I possibley do this repair. I have changed the seal on my previous fifth wheel, so I have some experience. Is there a temporary fix until I can take it to the dealer? Hopefully some one can chime in.
