Slow Rise blackout roller shades

We are getting ready to leave on a cross country trip and notice that our Slow Rise®roller shade in the bedroom won't stay in any position. It rolls back all the way up no matter where you try to leave it. I found the clear adjustment knobs on both ends, but they don't seem to help.
Anyone else have this problem?

If we want them to stay at a certain level, we put them all the way up and then pull down to where we want them. If you try to go up from the bottom, they will retract all the way up.

You are correct. I wasn't clear in my description. It worked fine on last few trips. Suddenly, it fully retracts from all positions, no matter what I do. I will play around with the clear "dials" on the roller ends-we may have inadvertently reset them when cleaning.
