Solar on 2251

Has anyone here put solar panels on the 2251 (or similar)? Any photos to share ?

No solar on a perfect sized C for the boondocks ? I just finished 1200W on the Foretravel, and was wondering how much would fit on the new rig.

I'm planning on putting solar on our 2250 Sunseeker, but have yet to do much more than think about it. I added 180W on our 2000 Four Winds 6 years ago, and we found that served our purposes. I'll probably go with something similar or slightly more.

I'll post pics on the project as it progresses, but it'll be a while before I get started.

I put 300 watts on our 2300. I measured and mapped out the areas that would be as far from an object as the object was tall. The area would be a lot bigger if I didn't worry about the antenna.

I don't have a photo of the finished product, I guess. But here is the sketch. I put the panels in the middle and rear portion of the yellow area.

Thanks for the replies. I put 560W on my last Lazy Daze, which was 26', just not sure how much I'll be able to fit on the 2551. As cheap as panels are getting, I plan on using as much real estate as I can.

Clouds, trees, & etc. you will seldom, if ever, see full output from the panels. Batteries....I'll start another thread.
