Speed limit announcements

Constantly I hear over the radio what the speed limit is.
Does anyone know how to turn this off.
Very annoying

I thought I was experiencing the same issue......then I realized that the voice on the radio sounded a lot like my wife. So I simply tuned the voice out, just like many times before.

Just kidding.....kind of anyway,

Ahhhhh go the speed limit...the voice won't talk to you (radio or the voice sitting next to you)!

Yes, go into settings on the GPS. You can turn it off or I just increase mine to alarm when I was 10% over.

Tell it it's not the Boss of you . . . the radio, NOT the DW!

I have been looking for that bitch since I started driving my rig; but she is very clever every time I slow down to look for her she stops talking. One of these days I am going to catch her then she is going to meet Alice on the moon. Seriously, you can find her on the GPS menu and shut that feature off.

On Jensen GPS radio, go to Settings Menu then Sounds and Warning and finally Speed Warning Settings.

That's how I got Mabel to be quiet.

Hope that helps.

How do you like 'JILL'.......No? My son got it from his mother in law on a side trip while camping. So, when they got back to camp, he made it his mission to stick Jill back in her can. With a little searching, he was able to find 'Jack'. He;s lurking in there!

Hit menu; it will allow you check off what you don't want to hear--someone telling you that you're over the speed limit, when you are not.
