Standing water on roof- is it a concern?

I noticed after about 2 hrs following a good down poor that there was a small pool of water on the roof. Should I be concerned about this? What would the fix be? The photo is a bit grainy but the area off concern is front right corner. The water pools on the fiberglass and cannot drain towards the front or left side because of the seam lip. You'll notice the reflection from the sun if you're having a hard time seeing it. TIA! Click image for larger version

As long as its sealed properly there should be no reason for concern.
