Static buzz on television.

Anyone have any thoughts on why I am getting a static buzz on my Television sound from the LED light set ( the ones above the living area in a 3051s) these lights are controlled by a dimmer switch. When they are on, TV buzzes, turn lights off buzz gone.

The problem is often with the dimmer. LED dimmers work by turning the LED on and off very fast and just varying the duty cycle. Sometimes an LED driver circuit can also do this but generally it's the dimmer. Excessive electromagnetic radiation is vaguely regulated by FCC part 15 rules but it is an honor system. If your product is new then I would contact the manufacturer. If you want to decide if it's just the dimmer, bypass it and see what happens.
