Three Dead Batteries

Hi,
picked up the new Forester 3051s Thursday, brought it home Sunday. And this morning everything is dead, except the microwave.
Plugged into shore power. Nothing is charging.
Hope I don't get a survey about owner's satisfaction this week.

Check the circuit breakers. Sometimes my Solera trips the converter breaker when I plug in to shore power. Good luck!

Welcome to the forum from mid California and congratulations on the New Solera. I am a little confused (picked it up Thursday and to home on Sunday) where was it Thursday to Sunday traveling or camping perhaps was everything working those 3/4 days? Is there a battery disconnect on your Solera? As JLeising said above check circuit breakers the Microwave is 120v. Did you check electrical 120v outlets?

I found a blown fuse on the converter. Two 35a fuses. Couldn't find any at any of the local shops. Tried a 30a and that seens to be holding.
I can't keep it in my driveway very long, so had it at the storage yard for a few days.
Must have been a power surge last night that popped the fuse.
Thanks for suggestion

Good to check the monitor panel after connecting to shore power. Battery should show 4 lights (charging). Twelve volt converter not working on shore power is sneeky - 12 volt stuff still works (on battery).
Great to hear you have it working.

#3051s

House Battery switch needs to be ON for the house batteries to charge. Install a 30amp Surge Guard in your electrical compartment to protect systems. There is plenty of room, I have the same RV.
