Trying to do some sound/video re-wiring

My 2016 Forester was built earlier in the year and doesn't have the new extra radio/cd/dvd above the entry door. My outdoor speakers are wired to be played by the dash radio instead of the radio/cd/dvd under the outdoor TV. I took a look under the sofa where the sub-woofer is and the back panel for outdoor radio. Seems like way too much wiring for just the TV and radio/cd/dvd. What a tangled mess! What I would like to do is have the outdoor radio and TV have the option of using the outdoor speakers.
