I am not able to get my 32 inch toshiba off the mount. It is in a 2011 3121 Forester. There are no latches and it will not move upwards, downwards or forward.

It is in an entertainment center. Fixed mount. no clearance on the bottom. < 1 inch on top. It is not the same set up as the 2013 SunSeeker. There are no wood plugs. As you can see the bottom trim abuts the tv. I cans see two screws between the top trim and tv but they will be difficult to get to. The two screws that I see between the bottom upholstered trim and TV are almost impossible to access, let alone remove safely
I'll have to run this by the line, I'm not in the office this week. First glance it doesn't look like one that we built...but then again my memory is not what it once was.

I have a 2012 2651S with the same configuration as yours. Although I have never removed my TV, I have the two mounting screw arrangement top and bottom as you describe. I am planning on trying to remove my TV as I wish to access the area behind it for additional storage ie blankets etc.
I have looked at mine and surmised that the screws that you can see are probably attaching a mounting bracket that mounts to the "Vesa" holes on the rear of the TV. I will make a latching bracket for rear access in the near future.
It looks like a two person removal, One to remove the screws, second to catch the TV
Was able to remove the TV off the bracket by unscrewing all four nearly hidden nuts. There was a fixed mount attatced to the four Vesa holes. Very difficut job. Took two people. I did not want to attempt trying to put this back together and still not have acsess to behind the tv. I therefore purchased a swing arm type mount. I was able to attatch it to a 22 by 15 sheet of 3/4 inch plywood. Now I have acsess to the back plus extra storage.
Sorry about the delay. Here are some photos of how I mounted the tv. I bought straps to secure when traveling. There is 7 inches on either side for access.
