Warranty Work

Why does it take so long to get warranty work done. It has been over a month that pictures were submitted about a ruptured hydraulic line for my jacks. As of today, 6/10, the work has not been approved. I am leaving on 6/17 for a 3 week trip. Should I have the line fixed myself? I really would need the jacks.

I'd blame the dealer.

I'd had some issues fixed from the start with my sabre and fr authorized and shipped parts the next day.
Fw tank and awning material.

This was on a Monday and my camper was finished on friday.

Warranty

I think I knew who was stalling all along, but Forester River carries a bigger stick than I do !!!!!!! BUT they were sweet as pie when I went in this morning. Thanks for your help.
