A lot of campers will have three valves that you need to open or close depending on what you are trying to, mine has the same winterizing switch yours has, it shut off water/RV antifreeze to the water heater. If you are going to use RV anti-freeze to winterize the camper then switch it to the winterize position, this only allows the water pump to pump water to the campers pipe's and not to the WH. I would even switch it to winterize if I was just going to blow out my lines with air. When you do winterize don't forget to open the low pint drains and outside shower if equip'd. In the spring when you go to de winterize don't forget to put that back to normal.
