What the heck is this for? TV Plug question

I have a 2016 Forester 3011DS. Behind the tv in the main cabin is a wall plate with 3 cable plugins. See picture. I am trying to figure out what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe 1 for SAT, 1 for camp cable, and 1 for the antenna?

If it is like my Windjammer, one of those is a line that runs to your bedroom TV area so you can connect satellite from your main receiver area to your bedroom. I have a DirecTv SWiM splitter behind my DVR receiver and connected the other end to a different receiver at my bedroom TV so my kids could watch one channel in the living room and I can watch another in the bedroom. I went a step further and put another splitter in the bedroom and installed a third receiver for my outside TV. I can watch three different channels at the same time if I so choose.

Do you have two coaxial connections at your bedroom TV? If so, what I explained is probably the case. Most TV locations will only have one connection that is shared for OTA and cable TV.

I failed to mention what I believe each of the three connections are on that plate in your picture. One will be for OTA/Cable input to your TV, one will be for satellite input to your receiver and one will be for satellite output from your receiver. Is there an OTA antenna booster switch nearby? If so, does it also have its own coaxial connection? If it does, then you have an additional satellite home run on that plate with three connections.

Take the cover loose and look at the cables. If it’s like my 3011ds maybe the top goes to the outside antenna,the next one down goes to the antenna amp which will power up the power antenna, you will need a cable loop to hook this up,and the bottom one goes to the tv a the front. I have drawings that will show you how they hook up. I have to find them. I will send this to you to look at while I see if I can find them.

A SWiM splitter is the only splitter you can use on a DirecTv system that uses the SWiM technology. It will pass power and the satellite signal through it. You can use it to split the cable wherever you want. You still need to have separate boxes for each TV if you want to watch different channels.
