Stinkielee you may get a better response in the coachmen Sub-Forum not the Forester Sub-Forum.
The fresh water tank drain is located inside the third passenger side storage compartment from the front. There is a black access panel that is covering the water filter and water lines up. The drain should be to the left of the water filter.

I only responded when, after searching ALL the forums for an answer, here was someone with a question similar to mine.
