As a 3rd generation Arizona native. I’m telling you. Very dangerous. Take my advice. Don’t come here. Gila monsters attack RV’s on the 17 and 260 heading out of Phoenix. Lots of cougars to contend with in Scottsdale. Beware of the chupagabra!
Your better off going to California.
....somehow I don't think you are going to convince people to stay away!!! See ya next winter!

Horrible terrifying place.
Meteors land here. Big hole near flagstaff to prove it.
Ever hear about the aliens in Roswell and Area 51? They move through Arizona to get back and forth from there homeland.
Very dangerous place.
Don't forget about the dreaded Haboob! It will swallow you whole.

Will be in Tusayan the middle of May. From what I'm seeing the temps range from 80's to 30's.

Just bought another house in Lake Havasu City. You will always keep busy. Winter is for cool weather (maybe 60-75) and OHV's. Summer is for the boaters on the lake or the Colorado River. We bail in the DX3 to Utah for about 4 months. This is really a great state! Just trying to ween my DW away from the house she designed in CA.

I hear those cougars can ravage a fully grown man in minutes. Luckily my wife had them spotted way before me.

Thanks for getting it.

I don’t think my plan for scaring people away is working......
Did I mention the horrible monsoon storms?
Thunder and lightning.
Dust storms.
The evil highway patrol that targets our of state RV’s?
All the snow birds that crowd the state in the winter.
How bout the snowbirds who only turn left at an intersection when they have a green arrow in Yuma? The problem is that not every light has a green arrow.

Don't forget the skin cancer, the wannabe Cowboys, or the cardinals....lol....love those Cougars too! Don't fall into the Grand Canyon! Just one more step back for that killer picture, too!

It should be getting into tarantula season. Makes for great sci-fi! Great stuff.

Yes. 1988. The year the world changed. The st Luis cardinals moved to Phoenix. And my beloved Cowboys were no longer on tv every weekend. I still hate the cardinals for coming here.
All the black out weekends when they couldn’t give away seats. So depressing.

Breaking news. Trump just closed all golf courses in Arizona due to Russian interference.

Watch out for Wiley E. Coyote's painted on tunnels before you try to drive thru them. If you see anything with ACME on it, beware! Something bad is about to happen!

I always wanted to paint one of those tunnel scenes on my garage door.....but the DW did not like the idea!

No roadrunners, coyotes rocks or cliffs and anvils were defamed, injured, or otherwise ruffled during the creation of these posts! However, they were immortalized, and shall be seen in syndication for the duration.....LOL!

Don’t forget about the price of sunscreen here. Second highest rate for skin cancer. Gotta cover up in the Arizona sun.

Plan to spend a week or so in New Mexico on the way down.

Have a great trip! It is the windy season, so watch the weather reports and try to travel early in the day as the wind usually picks up around noon.
