Big Horn mountains..Anyone been there

We did the South Dakota thing 2 years ago with our popup.been to Devils Tower.
June we are headed to Yellowstone with our 28 Bh and wondering best towing roads thru The Big Horn Mountain area. Plan on taking I90 up to either 16 or 14 thru Big Horns to Yellowstone.
Any thoughts on best way or by-pass altogether?

We are going to Yellowstone, the Tetons and then over to SD. Taking 16 across the Bighorns.

Hwy 16 is the better of the two routes. Hwy 14 has a heckuva pull going up out of Dayton, Wy and shell canyon down the other side is pretty snaky and steep in spots.

Hwy 16 has a more gentle climb out of Buffalo, Wy but still has some steep climbs and downhill grades.

The road goes on forever and the party never ends.
