Blu Inn blues

Just wanted to share the disappointment we had with the Blu Inn RV park in Ocotillo Wells. For any of you all considering beware of the new management.

We have been going for years in a group staying at the Blu Inn for New Year's. This year was no exception. A group of 5 families all went and when checking in we all had the same experience, bad. The lady host is rude, not customer friendly and just really does not know ANYTHING about customer service. The man (drives around all day in his cart) is not much friendlier. I won't get into all the details and conversations we all had but not good.

For this place being out in the middle of the desert where just outside of the park there is 1,000's of acres to camp for free you would think that for the high price of hook-ups they would ensure that folks wanted to return.

For the busy weekend the place had about 20 customers of the 187 spots. I think others are feeling the same way.

Thought I would share.
