Browning ID route to Sandpoint ID

Google suggests Highway 2 from Browning MT to Sandpoint ID. We are pulling a 12,000 lb 34 ft Fiver with Chevy 3500 HD Duramax. Is this the best route with this rig. Thanks.

Highway 2 is a good road. We did it eastbound with a 35' gas class A and toad with no problems at all.

One of my favorite drives. I've stayed at several campgrounds between the two towns. Kalispell is the only bottleneck traffic wise but well signed and not that big a place, so doesn't take much effort. If you are interested in any RV parks or interesting places, let us know. BTW, my rig is 60' and not had any issues on this route.

Thanks again, you were right, largely a good route. We made it from the KOA East Glacier, using route 464 to Browning, thenon to Sand Point in about 6.5 hours.
